Overview

Zummando is designed to work without an account.

This Privacy Policy applies to Zummando, a mobile game provided by Trivial Technologies LLC (“Trivial Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Zummando does not require you to create a Trivial Technologies account, and we do not operate a game server that receives your boards, paths, scores, medals, or progress.

The short version

Your game progress stays on your device. Advertising and purchases rely on Google or Apple services, and result sharing happens only when you choose it.

Information handling

What is handled and why

Information How it is handled Purpose
Game progress and preferences Stored locally on your device. This includes progress, medals, personal bests, settings, and tutorial state. To preserve your game between sessions.
Advertising information Google Mobile Ads may collect or receive information such as IP address, product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. To provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain service reliability.
Purchase information Google Play or the Apple App Store processes purchases and returns the product, transaction, and entitlement status needed by Zummando. To complete or restore the one-time remove_ads purchase.
Shared result image Generated on your device and passed to the operating system’s share sheet only when you request it. To share a result through an app or service you select.

Zummando does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone. Trivial Technologies does not receive your payment-card details.

Advertising and consent

Ads are provided by Google AdMob.

The free version of Zummando may display an interstitial ad between completed rounds. Zummando currently requests limited or non-personalized ads. Contextual ads can still use information such as the app, approximate location derived from IP address, and the content being viewed, while Google may process information for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Zummando uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and record privacy choices where required. If a privacy-options entry point is required for your region, it is available from the game menu so you can review or change your choices.

Google’s handling of information is governed by its own policies. You can learn more through Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Purchases

App stores handle payment details.

If you purchase the one-time remove_ads product, the applicable app store processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. Zummando receives enough transaction and entitlement information to unlock the purchase and restore it when requested. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

For Android purchases, review the Google Privacy Policy. For iOS purchases, review Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Sharing results

You decide when and where a result is shared.

When you choose to share an eligible result, Zummando creates a result image in temporary device storage and opens the operating system’s share sheet. The temporary file is removed after the share workflow finishes. Trivial Technologies does not upload the image to its own server.

The app or service you select from the share sheet may process the image under its own privacy policy. Review the policy of that service before sharing.

Retention and deletion

You control locally stored progress.

Game progress and preferences remain on your device until you use Zummando’s Reset Progress option, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Temporary result images are deleted after the share workflow. Purchase records and advertising information are retained by the applicable service provider according to its policies and legal obligations.

Because Zummando does not use a Trivial Technologies account or gameplay backend, we generally do not possess your locally stored game data and cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.

Children

Zummando is intended for a general audience age 13 and older.

Zummando is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to Trivial Technologies. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information to us may contact us using the address below.

Your choices and rights

Controls are available on your device and through service providers.

  • Use Reset Progress in Zummando to clear game progress and preferences.
  • Use Privacy choices in the game menu when it is available for your region.
  • Manage or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings.
  • Purchase or restore remove_ads to disable Zummando’s interstitial ads.
  • Contact us to ask a privacy question or exercise a right available under applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Some requests concerning advertising, app-store purchases, or platform accounts must be directed to Google, Apple, or the relevant service because Trivial Technologies does not control that information.

Security and international processing

We use practical safeguards and established providers.

We design Zummando to minimize the information handled directly by Trivial Technologies and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the app. No method of electronic processing is completely secure. Google, Apple, and services you select for sharing may process information in countries other than your own under their respective safeguards and policies.

Changes to this policy

We will keep this page current.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Zummando’s features, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through the applicable app store when appropriate.
